To be honest, I haven’t learned it enough to pass exam but this taught me good skills to manage audit field works.
In the project management, you have to go through several steps, define the goal, forecast the schedule, secure the resource, take countr actions against unanticioated events.Is it possible to treat audit field works as projects? At that moment, my thought was slightly “no”. Audit field works do not differ from past years , because business of the companies is not so change and the goal is always to issue audit reports.
If same things always happen, can we just follow the same steps as past year ?
To my experience, it never happens. We are human beings so that we have small mistakes, misunderstanding of GAAP, something new are there.I
Although it sounds odd. I defines audit field works as predefined project managements.
