There are two big modules about accounting.

One is “FI = FInance Accounting” for Financial accounting. The other is ” CO = COntrolling accounting” for Management accounting. It will take too long time to explain both at an article. Let me post in mutiple articles from this time. FI, First.

The FI module has several sub modules as follow. There are too many sub modules, I just listed my experieced modules though.

• FI – AP = Account Payable
• FI – AR = Account Recievable
• FI – GL = General Ledger
• FI – AA = Asset Acounting

I always take it into consideration that these modules are within FI but they so closely connect with modules of each upstream business flow. This is the most important.
